How do I purchase tickets to Singapore GOURMETbus?

You may make a purchase on this website by clicking on the “book now” button. Alternatively, we can also assist with the tour purchase via email (sales@gourmetbus.com.sg) or our guest hotline (+65 6338-6877). Full payment is required for reservations. All bookings must be made by 12 noon a day prior to your tour.

Where do I check-in for the tour?

The tour will start and end at Suntec city. Please check in 30 minutes before tour time at DUCK & HiPPO Hub, 3 Temasek Boulevard, #01-330, Suntec City Mall, Singapore 038983.

Are there alternatives to the set menu?

As we only offer fixed menus at this moment, we regret that there are no alternative selections. Neither can we make any adjustments to the food items.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Please be informed that our menu items may contain traces of nuts, seeds and other allergens, even if the description and/or menu items does not specify them as an ingredient. If you have any known allergies, please avoid this attraction. Note that we will not be responsible for any allergic reactions, injury, illness, death or losses (e.g. loss of enjoyment) arising from travel misfortunes.

This website provides a detailed description of what we serve at each dining show. Do read it carefully before purchasing your tickets. We regret that we are also unable to cater to any dietary preferences.

Why are there no child rates?

Due to space constraints, we are not able to facilitate baby/child seats. For reasons associated with safety and comfort, we recommend children above 12 years of age for this tour.

All tour admissions are based on per pax basis.

Can I bring my own food and drinks on board?

Due to food safety concerns, we regret that no outside food and/or drinks are allowed on board.
